as a little christmas present i received an amaryllis bulb from a dear dear friend.
it looked so dry and dead.
when we got back from Germany i planted it in a pot.
watered it. waited.
it is so amazing to see life spring up from within.
i cannot wait to see it grow and -one day- bloom.
