Maybe I should get some lights to start things inside. I have some covered seeds outside...(and also covered in snow...) but I'm getting such a damn late start this year. boo.
i think that could help you out a lot. ours are big enough to put outside already, but its not quite time yet.... give it a try. they also have these little heating mats that help in the germination process - and YES - please do come visit us, the garden, and the new chickies sometime!! you could take a little mini residency - its quiet here, but close enough for a trip to RVA or DC to visit some museums..... think about, and do it!
